Part of the Second Royal Philanthropic Shipment and you will need to study four lethal diseases: malaria, typhox, cholera and yellow fever. From Barcelona to Lisbon, you will travel on tanks, boats and trains to help the Iberian population. As well as helping patients and sharing your research, build railways and purify water sources to curb advanced disease. But outbreaks and epidemics will spread diseases at alarming speed. Can you save humanity?
